No, no, no. You need to get the idle fuel pressure down to 60psi with the vacuum hose off our regulator. Doing it with the vacuum hose on is not going to show you what you need because the factory regulator is going to show fuel pressure higher than our regulator. Please indulge me and adjust it with the hose off.

I?ve tried it, but it won?t work. I pluged the hose off and screwed the bolt out, 1 turn, 2 turns, 5,6,7,8,9,11,,14...... AND my fuel press did not go under 70 psi at idle with the hose off. you get me? What could this mean. Bad regulator?

I am sorry, i didn't gather that from your post. Before I send another try this. With the car off screw the adjusting bolt all the way in until it bottoms out. Keep it there for 15 seconds or so and then back it out to where you started. Now start the car and see if you can get it to adjust properly. Again with the vacuum hose off.
Let me know.

I go into the garage and test drive my car...
With the vacuum hose off at idle 60 psi, with the vacuum hose on 52 psi at idle. At WOT 90 psi.
The first 2 ligts in rich and the last led in stoich, when I WOT. What do you mean?

I don't know how to post pictures. You can write the staff at too's site. If you just look into where the fuel goes into the regulator and where the fuel comes out, all you do is connect the two places with the small hole you drill. It leaks fuel past the valve in the regulator part.
